Life’s too short to worry about what to wear.
We take the guesswork out of dressing, the legwork out of shopping, and the panic out of packing. Great style and advice on demand, non-stop. What to wear... anywhere! W2WW donates 25% of our profit from sales to organizations that help women and the environment, so shop guilt-free!
Fall is here and we thought we would share our favorite New York City canteens and what we like to wear while dining! What could be more New York than consuming in chic clothing?!
KK: While the Power Lunch was invented at the Four Seasons Restaurant on East
52nd Street, I love meeting my love for after-work drinks and dinner. The mellow wood paneling
softens the uplifting grandeur creating a space that is elegant and
intimate. Even at 50, the décor looks eternally original - you can't
find better eye-candy anywhere. It is on everyone’s “Top Ten” – but
don’t wait for a special occasion to make it happen.
GB:
Heading off to the Martignetti bros new spot
Brinkley's. Love the (all) local gastropub-esque food - in particular, their heavenly hotdog (don't judge). It's a pretty relaxed scene but will
jazz up my essential sweater dress with some over-the-knee boots and a favorite
Roarke necklace.
LG: Le Caprice, the classic London brasserie, has recently moved to NYC and I cannot get enough. I’ll have the foie gras with caramelized apples and the steak tartare if you please, Caprice! I thought I would channel a 1960’s look to go with David Bailey’s series of photographs of the iconic Jean Shrimpton that hang amongst the monochromatic decor- complete with platforms and false eyelashes.
