What do you think about capes and ponchos? The three of us have weighed on this colder weather category as the temperature starts droppin'!
KK: Shopping on Madison, running to catch the bus to work on Fifth, or picking up from school in Carnegie Hill, I like my capes on the
short and symmetrical side. These are all perfect for fall’s changing
weather.
GB: I'm liking the look for outdoor wear, particularly with the expected fluctuating temps of fall - but I really love wrapping up in a big sweater, a la Theory or Tomas Maier below.
LG: I love the dramatic effect a cape can create with an outfit. Due to the excess fabric one is draping over the body, stick with a sleek and structured look underneath. Leggings, skinny jeans or a spandex dress with tights and boots work really well.
