Project Green Chic: The Laundry Stork

We're heading to the Empire Hotel's rooftop to fete the launch of friend Nick Papanicolaou’s brilliant new 'spin' on laundry, The Laundry Stork, this Thursday June 17. Featuring the only service in Manhattan that offers 24-hour turnaround eco-friendly laundry and 48-hour turnaround GreenEarth dry cleaning, doesn’t
that make you want to get dirty?!  In an effort to exude everything eco, we asked our Fashionably Conscious Editor Kick Kennedy what to wear. Her choice? A custom-made Lauren Pierce (by Lauren Bush) dress which is hand dyed by women from the Democratic Republic of the
Congo. To top off the look she would rock Tatiana Papanicolaou Perkin's Tribale Societé, our fave earth-friendly accessories that are hand
made by artisans of tribal villages around the world. Talk about sustainable super siblings!
Hmmm, wonder
where our outfit will be heading to on Friday morning to freshen up….

Clockwise: Lauren Pierce One-Shoulder Dress, Tribal Societe Hepburn Tagua Statement Necklace ($95), Mar Y Sol Opal Straw Clutch ($80), Puro Silver Bangles ($25)
