Life’s too short to worry about what to wear.
We take the guesswork out of dressing, the legwork out of shopping, and the panic out of packing. Great style and advice on demand, non-stop. What to wear... anywhere! W2WW donates 25% of our profit from sales to organizations that help women and the environment, so shop guilt-free!
KK: We're having a little post-award show debate on
our favorite dresses worn at the Academy Awards. Join in and
tell us who you thought looked the best (and worst!) My thoughts? Ruffles and sparkles and strapless, oh
my! Yes Toto, we are in the land of Oz and we are never going home!
These star-powered ladies know how to make an dazzling entrance. Just
love the frothy femininity of these festive frocks. Best accessory on
the Red Carpet - shoulders!

GB: My favorite gown of the evening was Zoe Saldana's totally unusual Givenchy. I love the separate tones of the skirt and top and thought it's whimsical ruffles and romantic colors suitably recalled her role in Avatar. Other favorites were boho-chic Nicole Ritchie in sleek Reem Accra, and the burst of magenta in Vera's Marchesa. While not crazy about it at first, Diane Kruger's feminine Chanel grew on me throughout the evening - proving once again she's at the top of my best-dressed list.

We chose three of our favorite stars this year and put together some looks inspired by their fabulously fashionable films.
KK: AVATAR! This Pandora’s box unleashed such an extraordinary sensory
spectacle and it is sure to take home the gold. I went for my children
and ended up cheering the loudest, yes I did manage to embarrass them.
I was inspired by the rich hues, galactic graphics and brilliant
directing of this new-age classic by James Cameron to choose this
deeply gorgerous blue Julien McDonald gown. I love the other-worldly
look of the Loubs and the celestial sparkle of the Swarovsky crystal
jewelry. Just imagine the impossibly stunning Zoe Saldana shimmering
across the stage of the Kodak Theater to accept her award. Personally, I can’t wait for the Steve Martin and Alex Baldwin to start
the show!
GB: From Jenny's practical shifts and florally form-fitting dresses to Helen's entirely enviable wardrobe, this coming-of-age drama will certainly give you an education on 60's fashion. This sleek and shapely David Meister lace number would look fab on either leading lady Carey Mulligan or Rosamund Pike (who, come on, should've gotten an Oscar nod for her brilliant portrayal of hilarious airhead Helen). Topped the dress off with classic Choos, simple jewelry and, as an ode to gay ol' Paris, perfectly pink YSL lipstick!
LG: Tarantino's Inglourious Bastards caught my eye from the very start, from his use of the misspelled "inglorious" to taking on the Spaghetti Western template to portray WWII. One of my favorite series of scenes begins with Bridget von Hammersmark, played quite flawlessly by Diane Kruger, being victim to the reverse-Cinderella-effect, where her fate ends quite tragically by the ol' if the shoe fits scenario. This Lela Rose garnet-colored dress quite perfectly matches both the often bloody situations in the movie, yet also reminded me of the Wizard of Oz-like scene, where the lead charaecter Shoshanna's, played by Melanie Laurent, face appears in flames. I will be rooting for Tarantino during this year's Oscar Award ceremony!

What's your favorite pattern this season... Stripes, floral or totally tribal?
KK: I will be saluting stripes this spring season. I will be sporting the nautical look, whether it is a Breton-top paired with jeans and a cute jacket or one of these striped dresses paired with a belt. This classic look will never go out of style.
Ralph Lauren Striped Tunic ($365), Jaipur Striped Scarf ($95), J.Crew Vintage Bateau Top (on SALE $28.80), Roarke Le Charlot Chevron Necklace ($375.53), Brooks Brothers Fedora ($148), Ralph Lauren Nautical Striped Scarf ($68), Paul & Joe Jersey Dress ($175)
GB: Fab florals...While stripes are usually my pattern of choice, I'll put a little pep in my step with some of these florally numbers, since spring is just around the corner!
Clockwise: Erdem Hoshie Print Satin Dress ($1,215),
Dosa Scarf ($200), JETS by Jessika Allen Floral Swimsuit ($245), Stella McCartney Sequined Jacket ($3,495), Pringle Chiffon Dress ($375), Juicy Couture Obe Dress ($250), Moyna Floral Clutch ($180), Topshop Vera Floral Espadrilles ($24), Top Shop Floral Crop Top ($40)
LG: I am feeling the pattern-on-pattern frenzy and loving anything ikat, tie-dye and tribal. Bead and bangle me up, Scottie.
Allegra Hicks Angel Kaftan ($495), Matthew Williamson Scarf ($335), Isabel Marant Lapis Ring ($170), DVF Sahara Bangles (on SALE $40), Marc Jacobs Love Bird Tote ($1,295), Calypso Nuna Shirt ($135), Roarke Le Charlot Aztec Necklace ($725), American Apparel Afrika Bra ($12), Halston Heritage Night Bag ($275), Elizabeth & James Embossed Sandal ($365), DVF Silk-Chiffon Animal-print Harem Pants and Bikini ($195)

We thought we would tred-around our fav shoe trends for the upcoming seasons! What will you be wearing?
KK: I am sheerly MAD about the mesh look for spring. I find it so, well, sexy! Nothing wrong with a little peek-a-boo (some call it toe-porn!) and you can even wear some of these styles during the day. These Louboutin boots are quite extreme (pour moi) yet I think they are incredibly exciting and cannot wait to see what they look like on!
